Asking for help from classmates

Hi everyone.  I am looking for some clarification on the research project we are to do.  I am confused about what the syllabus says about a research proposal.  Does our major research paper include a proposal, or is the whole thing a research proposal?  Or is it just supposed to be 2000-2500 word research paper?  [...]
