To have not heard a word of the Pebble Mine, you must have incredibly selective hearing. This controversial mine is the subject of much debate in Alaska’s current political and public circles. I plan to write my essay on the mine and why it should be stopped as soon as the Alaskan public can make it happen.

Research project#1: APA reference list and working thesis

Although the average vehicle is less expensive, hybrid cars are better for the environment because it gets more miles to the gallon therefore requiring less oil and gas to be refined, less carbon dioxide is released into the air which is believed to be the main reason for global warming, and a feature called gas-engine shut off means when the car is stopped, the gas engine turns off pushing less pollution into the air.
